HR (Evolution Services is Currently Hiring for Recruitment Assistant in its HR Department)

Job Responsibilities of the HR – Recruitment Assistant:-

Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment.

Hiring Entry Level/Mid-Level Profiles for BPO/BFSI Domain.

Achieving Monthly Recruitment Targets as assigned.

Job Postings on various Job portals, Mass mail & Bulk SMS

Coordination with candidates for their Interview Feedback’s.

Ensuring joining of the selected candidates.

– Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, telephonic interview, regular communication with candidates)

– Confirming placement through proper screening, regular follow-up and good relationship with the candidates.

– Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and Job portals)

– Excellent understanding of domain / industry from a recruiter standpoint.

– Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication

Create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these ads on various online and offline resources.

Meet with applicants to discuss the position and to screen them for suitability, including conducting background tests.

Seek out candidates through networking, social media and other tactics to hunt out the top people to fill open positions.

Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions and other details before and after interviews.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Knowledge of hiring through Social Media Channels.

• Advance Knowledge of MS-Office.

• Good written & verbal communication Skills.

• Minimum 6 months experience in Sourcing & Recruitment.
